betjet Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases are used with the meanings given below:

3.2 Updating Account Information

It is your responsibility to notify betjet promptly if any of your personal details change (such as mobile number or email address). betjet is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by outdated information. The name registered on your account must match the name on your payment method.

3.3 Third-Party Use

A betjet account may only be used by the registered individual. Allowing someone else to use your account, operating an account on behalf of another person, or operating your own account using a third party's funds is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply to depositing funds on betjet:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred taka).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• The name on the depositing account and the betjet account name must be the same.
• Funds deposited through a third party are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawing funds from betjet:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment account.
• Withdrawals may be held if the verification process has not been completed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on betjet receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

A wagering requirement of 15 (fifteen) times must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds and bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus has its own terms and expiry; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Attempting to earn bonuses by using multiple accounts or exploiting the system is strictly prohibited.
• betjet reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse of bonus terms is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

betjet's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on your regular activity on the platform. betjet reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been processed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Data recorded on the betjet server is considered final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, betjet reserves the right to make adjustments based on the correct result.

6.2 Cancellations and Revisions

A bet may be cancelled or re-evaluated in the following circumstances:

• If the event or game is cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If evidence of fraud or irregularity is found.
• If applicable betjet policies are violated.

6.3 Software and Technical Errors

betjet reserves the right to cancel any winnings or bonuses earned as a result of a software error or technical issue. betjet is not responsible for internet connection disruptions or device problems. 7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to earn bonuses or abuse the system.
• Operating an account using a false or fake identity.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts or other software.
• Exploiting the system through betting exchanges or arbitrage betting.
• Coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to betjet systems.

8.1 Account Suspension by betjet

betjet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
• A court order or legal requirement.
• Security concerns.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through betjet support. Any existing bonuses or active bets must be settled before the account is closed. After account closure, any unused real funds will be returned to the registered payment method.

9.1 Service Availability

betjet strives to keep the platform running at all times, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events. betjet is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Software
